Elna's manufacturing services is fully staffed with seasoned engineers and experienced machinists. Our in-house manufacturing facility is continuously updated with cutting edge equipment, resulting in quality products and short lead times for our customers. Elna’s extensive machining services and manufacturing center is made up of three separate groups: gapping, custom machining and assembly. Our team members are well trained in their specific areas and cross-trained in other areas in order to supply your products to specification, on time.


The Custom Machining team has the capability to satisfy all your special core requirements.	The Mfg. Assembly team is made up of machinists, assemblers and machine operators.	The Gapping team provides core-gapping services for all Elna supplied cores.
