Return Policy

Elna Magnetics must be notified of nonconforming material within 45 days of receipt of product. Notification beyond 45 days of receipt may result in denied credit.

Packing ticket number or other identifying shipment information must be noted so the complaint can be tied to a specific shipment. Based on information received, we will determine if representative, nonconforming samples are required. If needed, representative, nonconforming material will be evaluated (or some other form of review will be made).  Once Elna has determined that material does not meet specification, authorization will be given to return parts or to disposition in some other manner.

If Elna authorizes the return, an RMA number will be issued. The Customer will be informed of the specific RMA number, quantity authorized for return, and shipping method to be used for the return. The RMA number must be indicated on the outside of the package. When practical, material is to be returned in Elna’s original packaging. Please use care in how you package the return as these materials are fragile. Material received by Elna that was damaged due to poor packaging will not be credited.

A Credit Note will be issued once the cause of failure and quantity has been confirmed by Elna’s Quality Department.

Limitation of Liability:  Elna’s total liability for damages shall in no way exceed the purchase price of the particular shipment for which such damages are claimed. In no circumstance shall Elna be liable for damages for any loss of use, interruption of business or lost profits, or any other special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or other damages of any kind.
